Product Manager for Security
Focused Consulting (FCI) is looking for a Product Manager for Security to keep client data safe.
Job Purpose
The purpose of the Product Manager role is to drive the development and success of a software product by defining its vision, strategy, and roadmap. The Product Manager works cross-functionally to define requirements, prioritize features, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure that products meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities / Deliverables
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders (engineering, lines of business, data, compliance, PMO) to define clear product requirements.
Define requirements leveraging Agile constructs (epics/features/stories)
Mitigate risk by planning and implementing discovery
Prioritize features and tasks based on impact and resources.
Drive the development process, ensuring timely and successful product releases.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.
Monitor key product metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products
Technical Knowledge and Understanding
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Self-driven, curious, hands-on
Strong understanding of software development, SaaS solutions, integrations, and cloud hosting
Experience
5+ years working in Agile development model
3+ years software product management
Experience with Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) methodologies a plus
Insurance or banking industry experience preferred
